Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Any available paid shipping options, including priority or insured shipping, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after dispatch. Tracking updates may be delayed while the parcel is in transit between logistics facilities or countries.
International Shipping, Customs and Import Charges
Some orders may be shipped from international suppliers or logistics partners.
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by your local customs authority or postal carrier.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Velseen is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping details provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@velseen.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or transferred for fulfillment.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not been delivered within 60 days from the date it was shipped, and the tracking information does not show the order as delivered, you may contact us to request a review.
Where eligible, we may offer a replacement or refund after confirming the issue with our logistics partners.
If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received the package, additional verification from the carrier or postal authority may be required before a refund or replacement can be processed.
Risk of Loss
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
However, we will always do our best to assist customers with delivery issues and work with our logistics partners where possible.
